I have been supported by Trevor for some years now for various issues and have always been astounded by the effectiveness of Bowen Therapy. My current treatment follows a car accident where I sustained injuries to my ribs and sternum. My movement has improved after just one session and the pain relief is instant!! Trevor is a fantastic therapist and has such an amazing understanding of the body and such genuine warmth and compassion. I cannot recommend this treatment and Trevor more highly- once again a lifeline in what has been a difficult and painful time.

I honestly can’t thank the Taylored Fit team enough, especially Maeve who is a miracle worker. I went there as a last resort after a viral rash on my legs left me in pain. I now incorporate my sports massage therapy into my recovery and it’s worth its weight in gold. Can’t say enough good things about this place, I wish I discovered it much sooner.

Had another great session today with Mark. Something a bit different this time. Having had a bit of a tough month with illness, he suggested trying Craniosacral Therapy to help relax me and give my nervous system a boost. I feel great after it and will be looking to add some of these sessions alongside my physio in future. Thanks again :)

I have just attended for my 3rd craniosacral therapy with Janet. I find this an extraordinary therapy, which isn't about words ( I often find professionals glaze over when you want to discuss pain/ how you feel), instead its about gentle touch which tunes into and listens to the body. While I have found all sessions incredibly relaxing, each has brought different experiences in sensation, temperature, movement, breathing and emotion. While I cannot explain this therapy I do believe I benefit so much from it due to the positive therapuetic relationship between myself and Janet. Thank you

This is the 2nd time I have seen Janet for craniosacral therapy and both times I have been incredibly impressed! She has a calm, gentle manner, is very knowledgable and professional. I wasn’t sure what to expect from the therapy but have been amazed by how Janet can read my body, identifying issues from the past which I had thought I’d dealt with as well as my current issue. Both times I have been left so relaxed!I can’t explain it , but for anyone curious about trying it I would recommend it 100%, especially with Janet! I told her today she has ‘ magic hands!’

Vicky is such a warm, empathetic and intuitive practitioner. I see her regularly for craniosacral therapy. I think she understands my body more than I do and she knows what I need to help me to be as well as I can be whilst living with chronic illness. I went in to my treatment yesterday a broken woman and came out feeling almost human again. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I was recommended Vicky by my sister who rated her highly. I have carried a lot of tension and stress in my muscles for such a long time and have aches in my shoulder and back and suffer from tension headaches. As soon as I met Vicky I loved her Instantly she is such a warm and friendly person and she made me relax straight away. The craniosacral therapy I had was amazing. It didn’t hurt, and felt very warm and relaxing. It felt like she literally melted all my tension away and I came out of that session like a wobbly piece of jelly and felt high on life! I’ve rebooked for more. Thank you!!!

Greta is a really excellent therapist. I have had a wide range of massage therapy over the last 30 or more years, and I can say that I've never had any therapist better than her. Her understanding and knowledge is quite exceptional.

I've been visiting Trevor Rutherford for Bowen Therapy for some time. Intensive to begin with, to resolve specific issues being experienced, and as they improved moving towards maintenance therapy monthly. I cannot even begin say how much improved my general and physical health is. Every session brings better flexibility and ease of motion. Trevor has extensive knowledge in his specialist area and health generally and I cannot recommend these sessions highly enough. I feel the best I've felt in years!!

This was my first visit for Bowen therapy and it was a great start from reception onwards. I was made to feel so welcomed from the moment I arrived and Joanne explained everything about the process during my assessment as I didn’t know previously what to expect. My treatment was relaxing and therapeutic and I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Fantastic treatment from Joanne as usual. I have arthritis in my knees, and hold stress in my shoulders, so after been in pain for a few weeks and nothing helping, I decided to have Bowen therapy which has helped me in the past. Joanne is very friendly and always makes you feel at ease before her magic fingers do their work :) After vising two days ago I feel so much better today, I got out of bed without pain and walked down the stairs like an adult instead of a toddler one step at a time :) I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Very impressed with the physiotherapy I received from Trevor, whose experience and expertise was invaluable in successfully treating my problem. Highly recommended.

Amanda has been seeing me for a couple of months and the improvement in my back and knees is fantastic also following her advice I have had laser therapy on my operation scar .

Another successful appt - I’m always pleased to go since I hurt my hip area over a month ago I can honestly say that Taylored fit has been the key to sorting out my problem I’m continuing to improve with therapy
