Excellent experience, such a lovely lady, Jenny explained everything regarding the Bowen Therapy as it was my first session. I felt so much relief from the pain I had been suffering straight away. Highly recommend Bowen with Jenny.

This is my second visit with Jenny. I was quite sceptical when I first went . I was having trouble with carpal tunnel in both hands and thought I’d give it a try. I must admit that it was one of the weirdest experiences I’ve had but I left feeling absolutely relaxed. Within the first week I could notice improvement in both my hands. This time I also felt completely relaxed when I left. It still seems a bit strange but if it saves me from having to have injections or surgery, I’m all for it. Thank you Jenny.
