I had my consultation today for lip blush and received a lovely warm welcome from the moment I arrived. Kim took the time to explain every aspect of the treatment and answered all of my questions thoroughly, which made me feel completely at ease. I am a bit of a perfectionist and it took me a while, and a lot of questions, before I finally made an appointment with Kim but I don't regret it. Kim is so friendly, patient, considerate and understanding. She took time to talk me through each step of the process and really listened to what I wanted and to my concerns.
