Malsy is professional and attentive. I went in for three ear piercings. She took time discussing the positions and making markings, made sure I was satisfied with everything before doing them. I can tell that she’s skilled because she did them so fast I barely felt much pain. Highly recommend.

I discovered this little gem on Commercial Drive recently. Tiffany did my lashes (Classic Natural) and they looked amazing! She was very diligent with the application and the result was exactly what I wanted. And the heated mattress and blanket were super relaxing. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved the experience, Michelle was very kind and knowledgeable. I felt completely at ease and their skill was quick, nearly painless, and professional. Highly recommended! Super professional, gentle and attentive. She made me feel comfortable right away. The ear piercing went perfectly, in a clean and safe environment.

Nelli was so sweet and I’m so happy with my lashes! I have very straight, downward-pointing lashes so I am thrilled to not have to curl and put on mascara for the next little while. The whole experience was super relaxing as well - I almost fell asleep a few times :)
