I’ve been a loyal client of Dimpho for 3 years, and what a joy it was to experience her magic in your space! From the cleaner to the receptionist, every single person radiated warmth and friendliness. The atmosphere is calm, inviting, and filled with positive energy. I loved hearing the therapists passionately explain treatments and products with such knowledge and care – a true wow moment! Dimpho, as always, is exceptional, leaving me feeling valued, lighter, and deeply grateful. Thank you, Lapis Lazuli, for such a beautiful and memorable day!

She was lovely and kind and allowed me to.relax.and unwind and recharge my batteries.while.she made my feet and face pretty. I really needed the tender living care. I was blessed.

Dimpho was much faster with my rubber base removal and application. This makes a big difference. I leave my nails far too long before coming back to you. But if it only takes an hour, you will see me more often. Thanks!

The ladies was very helpful and the treatments was great. The spa could do with aircon it was very hot inside the spa. Also at the swimming pool area cool off sprayers where you sit outside. The food could be served with covers for the flies. Other than that it was a good experience.

Great service as always, unfortunately the lunch we had afterwards wasn't the best. The roast chicken was boiled and cold inside as if it was reheated. No lemon and herb sauce on it or the sides that are part of the meal. Only chicken and chips. It was disappointing considering I'm a regular who brought a guest after speaking so highly of the restaurant. The echo spa was amazing as always. The service from everyone in the establishment is friendly and professional. Look into the food please.

My Spa Treatment was the 3rd time I visit Villa Africa Boutique. It is always refreshing and rejuvenating to have the spa treatment there. The friendly and calm spa therapists that always engage with us as clients really makes one feel at ease, not forgeting their magic hands. You can tell the know the rhythm of massage. I don't remember the ladies names well but we'll done for such a great service we had. Will definitely recommend and come any day.

First time at the SPA. Welcome drink was only given with lunch. The complementary jacuzzi, was not allowed for Pregnant women, however it did indicate on the Pregnancy pampering package. Perhaps it should not state it on the maternity package then.

Amazing calabash and full body rolling sands massage with Caroline at the fab serene Villa boutique ! Thank you Caroline for being super professional, friendly, attentive and non judgement. I really enjoyed my treatment and can’t wait to try all the signature packages! Go Villa spa, you have a great ambassador with Caroline!

The experience was a good one despite the fact that one of the therapists hurt my toe during the pedicure and it bled and it’s still painful. That somewhat spoiled the experience for me. Secondly, there was no questionnaire to assess our allergies, health conditions that could affect the treatments. Lastly, it’s only fair to communicate with guests and remind them to bring costumes and towels for them jacuzzi, because not all spas expect customers to bring them. We had to go out and buy costumes to avoid forfeiting the jacuzzi session. Restaurant was great and the hotel is a beautiful one.

It was a wonderful experience. Very professional and impressive. Colletta is very good, and I highly recommend this spa. Great experience overall.

Still remains my favorite spa...great service and very professional.
