This was my first visit to the Grand Beauty Spa. I had the best experience and was able to enjoy some relaxation. I booked a facial and was lucky to have the best esthetician. Linda was so nice and personable. She is really great at taking the time to give you the Best facial for your skin. You can tell she knows a lot about the proper procedures and is very professional. My skin looked so good afterwards. I will definitely be going back and asking for Linda.

Started 20 mins late. Julie’s facial was great and she apologized-I don’t think front desk notified her of power restoration in a timely manner. Massage was fine, but I self-directed from place to place. Julie roomed me and I waited for massage therapist. Was anything terrible-no. But to spend $500+ on treatments I had a different expectation around service and experience.

Great spa pedicure with Cindy!

We booked a package deal for a massage and head spa treatment, and lounge access. It was ao relaxing, and my hair feels fantastic. The lounge has a sauna, steam room, cold plunge, and shower, and a nice outdoor sitting area. All around a great experience. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful spa day at the grand as always, the front desk girls were nice and attentive, all the facilities were clean, and the massage I had with lily was the best I’ve ever had

I had the most wonderful experience at the Spa today. I treated myself to the Head Spa with Joanna. My first time and I enjoyed every bit of it. Having your head massaged & scrubbed is amazing arms hands and neck. I’ll be doing it again soon. Do it you won’t regret it.

The experience was grand! The hair spa is a wonderful experience and the staff if exceptional. They provide everything from salon services to massages, facials etc. and they’re all delightful.

Diana worked her magic again 🫶🏼 I had the most relaxing headspa + facial — my skin feels lifted, hydrated, and glowing. My scalp feels brand new, and my hair is soft and smells amazing. Diana has such a soothing presence and intuitive touch, and you can feel the care she puts into every step. The spa itself is beautiful and peaceful — from the lighting to the scents, everything feels intentionally designed to help you unwind. Every product feels luxurious and thoughtfully chosen. I highly recommend Diana and will definitely be back! 🌿

The Grand Beauty Spa honestly made our time the most amazing ever! They were so detailed and attentive, making sure our party (which was a big one) had everything we needed to enjoy our relaxing day. From organizing the schedules to providing amazing therapists and hair specialists, this place is short of nothing! The amenities are well kept, and they make sure that any inconvenience is taken care of in a timely manner. They took care of all 10 of us and did so amazingly. It was my first time at the beautiful Grand Beauty Spa. I had a scheduled appointment with Maria, who I had the good fortune of meeting in Jacksonville, Florida, when she did my hair. I was so impressed that I make it a point to travel to Tampa, Florida, just so that Maria can do my hair. I absolutely love the Grand Beauty Spa. It’s so relaxing. I feel so spoiled when I arrive a hot delicious Tea with world class honey. I’m excited to try the new Head Spa later this month. Joanna does my hair and is excellent. My hair cooor is spectacular. If your looking for a special place for hair and many other services don’t wait just GO.

The head spa treatment was AMAZING! I’ve had them done at other spas and they were just okay. This one raised the bar high and I would not go back anywhere else. I loved how they take the time to get all of your preferences upfront and personalize it. It was so relaxing and enjoyable!
