What a wonderful experience. The treatment was superb. The aesthetician used just the right amount of pressure on my skin. I especially enjoyed the hand treatment. The warm wax soothed the arthritis in my hands allowing me to relax even more. I highly recommend this luxury facial and Jennifer. (It's also affordable compared to other places) Very glad I found Elisen Salon.

I've never had a bad experience from here. I've been having a bad week so I walked in and see if they had any openings. I was able to get a cut and color with Chloe who did an amazing job in my hair, I wanted to tone down some highlights I had to more match my natural color and just a trim to freshen up the layers I already had. 10/10 experience. I was also able to fit in a facial right after my haircut which was a lifesaver. I worked with Jennifer who was the most caring and gentle person. I absolutely adore her. I was so relaxed during that I kept falling asleep. Would 10/10 recommend.

Chloe was great! She was very personable and gentle with my hair. We talked about so much and she never hesitated to add on to the conversation or explain anything I had questions about. I 100% plan on coming back. The environment is so easygoing and welcoming. I never once felt uncomfortable about my interactions with others, nor did I sense any tension from any of the stylists.
