First visit to Shade today despite driving past many times as we live nearby. Glad that I chose this Spa for my Aunty and I because we both had a really great experience. From booking via Fresha which I am familiar with, to reaching the Spa, everything was easy. Our two therapists, Jehan and Jovilyn were fantastic! Aunty had a great session with Jovilyn though she wished she had longer service. I was with Jehan and she was really good. Firm yet smooth strokes that relaxes my deep tissues. I loved the fact that she tailored everything according to my body's needs since I was unwell. Awesome!!

I had a Moroccan bath with Khadijah and it was absolutely amazing! She’s so sweet, caring, and incredibly skilled. Very respectful and professional, and her work is pure artistry. The whole place is super private and cozy, everyone was kind and welcoming, the hospitality is fancy, everything is organized and relaxing. The cut and shaping of nails was acceptable.

Love my visits to Base Coat Nail Spa. Booking is easy and professional. Nothabo is professional a 5 star nail technician speaks very good English and is calm and relaxed in manner. Nothing is a problem it really is a 5 star service.

Lovelyn and Sheila were professional as ever making my BIAB nails and pedicure appointment so relaxing. Staff are lovely and friendly and the salon is immaculate. Reception staff courteous and speak good English and excellent communication with regards to appointments.
