Tracy was wonderful - she applied very firm pressure which was perfect for my super tight muscles! A very relaxing experience and exactly what I was going for. The spa itself was very clean and I enjoyed the tea before and after. A wonderful experience all round!

For years, we have been coming to get a massage at Siwalai monthly, it is always a great pleasure, so much so that each time we find that it is the best, so we continue! We moved from the North Shore to South Auckland, we looked but did not find an equivalent, Siwalai is the best massage in the entire region. Entrust your body to any of their masseuses, you will come out feeling refreshed and if you have pain somewhere, they will make you forget it.

As always the staff & friendly & welcoming. The massage is the best I’ve had in Auckland (and I have been searching for a couple of years) I will be sticking with the masseuse I have found here 🙏🏼 she is very intuitive and finds exactly what I need EVERY time I visit.

I highly recommend this Spa. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and there's already apple cinnamon tea waiting for me. I had the back massage and head massage, it was great! The young lady who did my massage was great too. I had the relaxing massage so I felt really relaxed afterwards. Staff are very nice and respectful. Afterwards, they served some light snack.

Absolutely AMAZING as always. I have been overseas recently and had massages (the only time I stray from Siwalai Thai Massage and Spa) but they can never compare to the massages I receive here. Perfect pressure, friendly professionals and inviting/relaxing atmosphere. Have been coming here for years and will continue. Thank you thank you thank you! Have a wonderful Christmas.

I had the most relaxing and calming massage experience today. It was a birthday gift voucher from my husband, and Nida who looked after me made the experience truly special. She was very professional and created such a peaceful atmosphere that I felt completely at ease. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and ready for a great night’s sleep. I’ll definitely be visiting again — highly recommended! ❤️

My experience far exceeded my expectations, I would give 6 out of 5 if I could. The Spa facility, sauna, gym, pool area are all excellent. Nana provided skilled and professional one hour Foot Reviver and Deep Tissue massages, both were excellent. Marcus

Frequently visit to help relax my muscles . Sandy is amazing at what she does, she knows exactly where the trigger points are and always leave feeling relaxed and less tension in my muscles .

The spa area was beautiful and relaxing, the massage therapists were very professional, and afterwards we were even treated to some tea and nourishing snacks. Highly recommend M Spa, and we will be back.

I had an amazing experience at Siwalai Thai Massage and Spa. The atmosphere was calming, and the therapist was incredibly skilled, ensuring just the right amount of pressure. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I'll definitely be coming back!

The staff and facilities at M Spa were absolutely wonderful. We were greeted by the lovely Marisa as soon as the elevator doors opened and taken to our delicious tea which tasted cleansing and refreshing. We then met our massage therapists who were beautiful and warm. They spoke softly and made the environment so much more relaxing. The massage itself was so AMAZING. I wanted to come back but we had our plans set. I will definitely be back soon for a longer session and highly recommend this establishment to all.

Always good to go here! Massage is great and very relaxing peaceful environment. Always come out relaxed and planning my next massage! Lovely service from all the ladies
