Great experience today, the infrared sauna was super relaxing after the gym. Also a lovely staff member explained everything well & gave me a bit more time after my time was up which was so kind of her. Will be back!

The best massage I've ever had! I've been going to bamboo spas and it's my first time trying out botany branch, and i would say out of all their branches in auckland this is by far the best! Their staff are all nice and friendly, cleanliness is immaculate, it smells so clean and nice inside the spa. No lingering oil smell, the massage was so good, Jen was very attentive and pays attention to details. She made sure i was comfortable all through out, plus the pressure was very good, it was so relaxing. I would gladly visit them again!

Jenelyn is the best in Auckland! I love deep tissue massage, and she was absolutely amazing. Unlike other therapists who just focus on the back, she gave equal attention to my whole body. I felt so much lighter in my lower body after the massage—like my circulation and lymphatic flow had really improved. Thanks!

The welcoming and awesome staff made us feel so relaxed. The massage was really good even at medium pressure and they even gave us a Valentine’s gift afterwards. The place is clean and relaxing.

Rochell did an absolutely amazing job! She’s not only skilled but also such a lovely and warm person. My whole body feels incredibly light and refreshed. It’s like a weight has been lifted. Pheng, the receptionist, was just as lovely. So welcoming and accommodating from the moment we walked in really made the whole experience great! Bamboo Spa Botany truly exceeded our expectations. My partner and I couldn’t be happier with the service, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an exceptional and relaxing experience!

Cathy is a miracle worker!!!! Absolutely the best massages I have ever had that genuinely relieve my severe muscle tension, pain & headaches. Until finding Cathy I wasted a fortune on other massages that made no difference, all round amazing service from Bamboo Spa!

I visited Bamboo Spa Botany this morning and had a one-hour massage with Alyn. I’ve been suffering from neck and shoulder tension, frequent headaches, and poor sleep lately. Alyn’s massage was exactly what I needed — her pressure was perfect, and she focused on the areas that were most tense. After the session, my headache was gone and my shoulders felt much lighter. I chose the one-hour massage to try it out, and now I’m definitely interested in exploring other treatments next time. The turmeric ginger tea served afterward was a lovely and soothing finish to the experience. Highly recommend.
