My first experience of energy healing with Aru was very enjoyable. I didn't know what to expect but Aru explained everything to me so thoroughly. She got to know a little about me without being intruding and it really helped to guide the session. She is patient, warm, kind, compassionate and I felt very comfortable opening up to her.
