Brid is an incredible therapist and I feel very lucky to be able to experience her work (reflexology, reiki and zone facelift). She has a deep understanding of what people need and uses her gentle, yet powerful, energy to ensure you walk away feeling lighter and more energised for life and work! The space she works from is fabulous - completely zen and feels like a little piece of heaven away from the world. I had a lovely reflexology session with Bríd at Sonas Reflexology. She was very kind and made me feel completely relaxed. The place was peaceful and comfortable. Bríd is amazing, her reflexology treatment is so relaxing and soothing, and it is always a great experience, with a nice chat as cherry on top of the cake.
