Sharnnie is AMAZING!!!!!! I was diagnosed with fibro over 6 years ago, instead of managing with a cocktail of pills l decided to look at my lifestyle. Reflexology is a recent discovery, Sharnnie is the only person l have been too, and will be the ONLY person l will EVER go to. Sharnnie is helping me build a toolkit to survive the flare-ups and tackle everyday life, its a working process. After 6 sessions, the toolkit and reviewing my lifestyle, we are both happy with how my body is responding. Its a journey for me, but so glad l found Sharnnie to keep me company xx

Excellent service at my first reflexology appointment and treatment Extremely knowledgeable.

Today I had 2 amazing treatments with Melissa. Hot Stones Back & Scalp Massage which I normally have and absolutely love it, fantastic as always. & The NEW Japanese head spa Treatment. Not having it before I wasn't sure what to expect but I really was so lovely & relaxing I fell asleep twice as I was lying down on a couch whilst my scalp had all these amazing experiences, water trickling all over my scalp, massage and all the lovely aromas of the products. I highly recommend to anyone that loves their hair played with or scalp massaged this is the treatment for you . Both were fantastic

I had a back massage and a facial, and the lady who did it was very professional and it was so relaxing. I will definitely recommend other people to visit the treatment room at the parkour hotel and spa.

We had a wonderful experience at this spa. All the treatments were done very professionally and with great care. The ladies who did our treatments had good techniques and took great care of our needs like if we wanted more or less pressure etc. All in all a fab experience!

Very nice place to have a spa day. Booked our appointments over the phone but they had to be changed last minute. The lady told us as soon as we got there and was honest why the appointments needed to be changed. Great experience. Booked with 3 friends and she was very welcoming
