1st massage here with Luke. The salon is very friendly and welcoming. Very clean and tidy. The massage itself was amazing, a proper sports massage easing out those tight areas. I definitely will be bac🌟

I've had an amazing day at R&R Wellness. You know when you've had a great massage when you sleep for a couple of hours when you get home. The day itself was nicely spaced out in a chilled environment and the team were amazing. The food was lovely and there were plenty of liquid refreshments available throughout the day. Would definitely recommend them, can't wait to go again.

Emma explained exactly what she was doing at each stage and applied the exact pressure I was after. She explained I needed to drink plenty of water for the rest of the day and how I may feel the following day. Loved the hot stones at the end too. Really enjoyed it and confident it will have helped my tension and knots!

Wonderful!!!! The staff are amazing, welcoming and immediately put me at ease. The whole experience is one of relaxation and 'letting go'. The only negative was that it came to an end 😊
