I would thoroughly recommend Sarah, she's a very skilled massage therapist. I book myself in for a regular treatment every four weeks. It feels like a lovely treat, whilst being an excellent form of self care, benefitting me both mentally and physically. My sore, tight neck and shoulder muscles are much better after my deep tissue massage. I feel relaxed, uplifted and ready to start my working week now 🙂

First appointment with Sarah, very pleasant. A lovely relaxing experience, I was apprehensive at first as I have had a lot of neck pain. But Sarah was very gentle and the treatment was first class. Already booked another treatment.
