Massage was incredible, so relaxing, music was great, therapist checked in about pressure, room was suitably set up, calm and relaxing environment. Not 5 due to some of the spa facilities in hotel which seem outdated ie needing £1 for locker, outside jacuzzi drain cover broken, however, a lovely experience, would return; would ideally be a more seamless experience from treatment to pool facilities for a true spa experience - robes and slippers not offered.

Booked in for a full body massage and luxury pedicure with Achala whilst on holiday.. I had a FBM last year with a different therapist. Which is found a little off putting so I was a bit nervous. But the FBM with aromatherapy was delightful. Achala put me at ease completely and it was so relaxing - probably the best I've ever had. I had the pedicure in the same room and Achala put lots of different lotions and potions on my feet and I chose from a large colour chart a slightly sparkly burgundy and I'm very happy with how it looks. I'd definitely recommend Achala.

Another amazing treatment from Achala. This time I choose a foot massage and it was fantastic. Good strong pressure and so relaxing with sumptuous oils. Highly recommend!

Fantastic day! We had beautiful weather which helped a lot. Lovely massagesfor myself and my daughter...who said it was the best she'd ever had! It was a gift for her birthday so very lovely mother daughter spa day. Enjoyed the pool, lunch by the sea and spectacular views. Thankyou 😀

An amazing full body massage by Achala. I have had many massages over the years but this was one of a kind- literally from my scalp, face and neck to my toes. Will definitely return to her. Muscle tension just melted away!

Beautiful hotel, excellent facial, lovely facilities. I had a very lovely birthday. The staff made my day very special, particularly my therapist Achali (first class treaatment). Finished the day sipping gorgeous wine from the hotel bar overlooking the coastline. Could not have asked for more....

I had a lovely time! I was pampered and looked after with kindness, respect and sensitivity. The only thing that could be improved would have been to allow me to shower to shampoo my hair as I was meeting friends for lunch in the bar. While the hour facial is lovely, it is an extravagance and at £95 one of the most expensive in the area. It would have been a nice gesture to allow an hour access to the pool rather than charge an extra £20.

I had s wonderful day yesterday. In the indoor and outdoor poole sauna and steam room and then jumping in the waves. All staff were brilliant. Two people stood out especially. Neil Pslmer who went the extta mile for us. In the pool area and Sansah who gave me a wonderful Calm Seas Body Bslance Ritual. I felt so good afterwards I gave her s hug. My husband John snd i used to be life members and it was lovely to be bsck yesterday. It was a shame that we were unable to use our membetship for 18 months from March 20 to Sept 21 because of Covid.

Kristina came to meet me at reception before going into the spa .... lovely warm and inviting relaxing room .. massage pressure and technique was exactly what I asked for ... very happy with the service from start to finish

Very pleased with the Full Body Massage from Ana, I left the spa feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Would recommend and will be back in the future when we are down in the area again.
