I came to Regen clinic in Norwich for a Japanese head spa treatment, with Marie. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. It was the most amazing treatment I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable, cosy and thoroughly relaxed during the whole treatment. Marie was very professional, she listened to my concerns and advised me on aftercare for my hair and skin. Thank you ever so much, highly recommend.

Cam was amazing and the massage was so good I feared for my safety crossing traffic as I was that relaxed. Totally recommend, she also made me feel so comfortable when I explained a health issue and completely relieved my concerns. Thanks 🙏🙏

First of all, the smell of reception is amazing! Looked after by Cam who made sure I was comfortable, explained everything to me and was just amazing! Products used all smelled amazing too! After she roughly dried my hair and offered products if I wanted them in order to style my hair. Just an amazing experience and I can't wait for next time!

Lisa is really lovely and has a lovely space to do her beauty treatments. Lisa is thorough with her preparation of the nails and application. Very happy! The only improvement is to maybe have a wider range of nail colours available

From when I walked in the smell and ambience was welcoming and very calm. The Head spa was lovely and very relaxing. My therapist was lovely and made me feel very chilled. Her pressure was firm which I like. I will definitely return. Thank you.

The 120 minute Regen Japanese Head Spa was incredible, it was so luxurious and relaxing. The treatment room was so tranquil, the treatment itself was such a great, unique experience.
