I had the most wonderful spa afternoon at Carole’s. I went with a friend, and Carole made us feel so welcomed and relaxed. The massage was amazing followed by a dip in the hot tub and sipping tea on the terrace. Bliss! 💕

I’ve been visiting this salon regularly, and every experience has been amazing! 💆‍♀️✨ About a month ago, I got my manicure and pedicure, and they were done so beautifully my hands and feet felt so pampered and clean. Two weeks ago, I went back for a haircut, and I absolutely loved the result stylish, soft, and exactly how I wanted it the best part was I was suggest to do a cut that actually suits my hair and I loved it💇‍♀️ Today, I treated myself to a deep conditioning hair spa, and my hair feels incredibly smooth, shiny, and healthy. And also face wax was done with relaxing face massage

I recently got my keratin treatment done at Rays House of Beauty, and I absolutely loved the experience! The service is too good — the staff are so friendly and made me feel really comfortable. They even offered coffee and made sure everything was calm and relaxing throughout. My hair feels amazing now! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality service and a peaceful atmosphere. 💇‍♀️☕

The Service was very relaxing because the hairdresser does an excellent Shampoo finished of with a lovely head massage included. My blow dry was finished very well as I have Afro hair most salons say they cannot do my hair. My hair had a nice smooth finished outcome.

I have Parkinson’s disease. Carol is absolutely brilliant. Kind, supportive and very skilled. Had the most wonderful massage today. Stiffness and tightness in muscles was greatly relieved. Carol has a holistic approach which soothes body and mind. I always feel so relaxed during treatment. Can’t recommend her enough!

It's always a pleasure to be back at the Riverside Rooms for a treatment with Touching Lives. As soon as I walk down the steps and through the gate my whole body feels calmer and less tense simply knowing that Carole is about to give me yet another fantastically relaxing treatment! Today's 1.5 hour session was a combination of body massage, facial massage and reflexology, after which I relaxed for a while in the garden finishing my homemade turmeric, ginger and black pepper tea whilst being entertained by lovely Luna (her dog). Why oh why aren't Carole's treatments available on the NHS?!

It was such an amazing experience that my wife and I had for our first time! Carole was so welcoming and professional to help both me and my wife and showed us how the wonderful spa works and the garden was absolutely amazing and makes you feel like you are in a peaceful bubble within her establishment. Me and my wife would definitely go back again and would urge anyone looking to get a relaxing massage to do the same.

What a wonderful experience from start to finish, I felt so relaxed from the moment I stepped in, considering I was stressed and rushing around coming here, I was instantly calmed upon welcome at Touching Lives. My massage was wonderful, when I've been for a massage in the past it's either relaxing, or deep tissue and focusing on points where I am tight, however this massage was a combination of both. I've been having issues with my back and a lot of pain recently but the pain has subsided so much now that it's been relieved 😊 thank you so much I can't wait to return xx

I liken Carole's amazing ability to find and unknot the knots in my muscles to pressing a very creased shirt - it can take a while and sometimes be a but tricky, but with the gorgeous relaxing environment and her gentle caring touch being like the steam in the iron, the results are well worth the effort!

I had the best head and face massage! From start to finish I was made to feel relaxed and looked after. The setting is wonderful and tranquil. I felt like o was on a spa retreat. I will definitely be going back.
