I had my first deep tissue massage today. Lois was great. She was very welcoming and put me right at ease. The new space is beautiful too! The massage itself was just what I needed. Lois really really worked into the knots and tried to loosen up my whole back. We discussed a schedule I’d need to try to get on top of it, so I’ll be looking to try to book a regular slot 💆🏼‍♀️

Finally back for a treat after having my little girl. I had treatments as often as possible throughout my pregnancy. So it was a must I would be back post pregnancy. In love with the new space, so tranquil! & I actually enjoyed sitting & taking in the views whilst waiting for my appointment, there was something just so calming about looking over at the Castle & having time to unwind. I could possibly say I had one of THE nicest of facials! And a well needed back massage - I’ve finally found my regular place & I couldn’t be happier. Thank you, thank you, thank you x

What a lovely relaxing experience. I felt very nurtured and cared for during this treatment with Joanne. Loved the whole experience....heated blanket, body massager whilst the head spa treatment.. a mini facial and hand massage too. Highly recommend. Will be booking again as a special treat to myself. I arranged this as a treat for my friends birthday and I must say we were not disappointed at the level of care and service we received from Joanne. Joanne informed us of everything that we would receive within our Japanese head spa package, allowing us to choose which fragrance we would like before we relaxed into the treatment. I would recommend a visit to Joanne at Solice as you will walked out feeling so pampered and relaxed.

I have been to see Ceri twice and both times I have been absolutely blown away by not only what Ceri has managed to do with my back, neck and shoulders, and the difference she’s made in such a short amount of time, but also her knowledge and passion for what she does. Add to that the lovely, relaxing ambience at the spa and Ceri’s personality and friendliness. I am so so glad that I’ve found her. Thank you so much Ceri - you deserve more than 5*!!

The autumn glow package was amazing! I never want to shower and wash the gorgeous smell from my skin lol. Love the new salon space and location, super easy to find and parking available. Can’t wait to book in for my next treatment!

Lovely space lovely massage

Beautiful relaxation in the spa, swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Good and firm back, neck and shoulder massage by Megan and finish off with a mini facial a a drink in the relaxation room. Feel very chilled and smell lovely after all the lotions and potions. Thank you Megan and the Team at Bodysgallen, you never disappoint us, it's a very special place for my sister and myself to visit. Keep up the great work.

Not for the first time , this is a lovely spa and great relaxing experience. Lunch was lovely followed by 2 hours pool side with steam room sauna and jacuzzi. Excellent massage . Enjoyed the afternoon very much. Will be back ! Thank you.

I had a lovely experience with Kelly at Healing Hands today. Firstly a peppermint foot spa then a wonderful neck, shoulder & back massage. She found & worked on some persistent knots. Then followed a nourishing facial which felt really rejuvenating! The products used are made in North Wales, are natural & smell beautiful. Also a foot massage to relieve my tired feet. I felt so relaxed afterwards, she really did a great job! Thank you Kelly, I’ll be back again soon!

Massage was nice however treatment room was cold and dated. Lacked any calming/relaxing atmosphere. No character whatsoever, was very bare and had a garden chair in room!! Not quite up to luxury spa standards. Light remained on full brightness for majority of massage, which made it difficult to relax and switch-off. No criticism of therapist who was absolutely lovely.

I had heard about the head spa but never thought to book until now. I am so happy I found her. The treatment was amazing, so relaxing. Joanne made me feel very welcome and comfortable, you can tell she is passionate about it as well. I will be coming back and telling everyone about this!

Just wanted to congratulate Sian, Llinos and Zoe after my fabulous first visit to the new Healing Hands location. Don’t get me wrong - the old place was lovely, but this is something special. Not sure how they’ve managed it but the room manages to be spacious and cosy; relaxing and refreshing. The location is perfect and easy to find just outside the castle walls, with plenty of parking available (go past the first car park, and there’s plenty more parking further on). And the view! Couldn’t recommend the place highly enough - will definitely be back x

Wow, what can I say. Jo made me feel so relaxed in a restful environment. The head spa was the most relaxing thing I’ve ever had. Lovely scented products. The massage, well, I could happily sleep for the rest of the day. The soothing heated massage bench was a very unexpected pleasant experience throughout. I had a wonderful facial. Also a hand massage. I’m really relaxed. If you’re looking for a Japanese head spa, then this is the place for you. I’m definitely going back for more.

I really like the new room. It's so easy to find,there's plenty of parking spaces and a really short walk up a small path to the building. The views are breathtaking! The room itself is really nice,it has all the lovely personal touches of the last room with the benefit of extra space. The massage was,as always,faultless and has done so much for my shoulder and neck pain. See you next week for my top to toe

Had a lovely massage at the new healing hands location. Very easy to find parking and not having to drive through Conwy to look for a space was a bonus. Sian has really made the new room a nice and relaxing space. I look forward to booking again :)

The perfect spa session - 100/10 Fitted me in at short notice whilst visiting the area on holiday and she went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. Very soothing atmosphere with sensory lights, calm music and variety of gently scented products I got to choose from. (I chose cherry blossom!) Will be recommending Solace to anyone who will listen, thank you so much :)
