Had a lovely few days at Bodysgallen. Great hotel with plentiful and personable staff. The building is full of historical connections and has several comfortable public rooms, ideal for relaxing or reading. The gardens and the spa are on your doorstep and are really well maintained and add to the overall experience. Location wise, Bodnant garden and Llandudno are both within 15 mins drive.

Lovely relaxing atmosphere, Ann was very professional. I felt very relaxed and refreshed after my treatments.

Excellent, the best one yet. Liza was very reassuring from the onset. It became very obvious she knew what she was doing without being an overbearingly know all. Quietly confident and sympathetic to her client was her forte. Will definitely arrange a massage next time I’m in Llandudno!

We had a half day spa with full body massage then afternoon tea in the Hall. Wonderful day. The spa is lovely, clean, has all u need, nice relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, never felt too busy or too quiet, lovely and very helpful staff. Massage was amazing, clearly very experienced, lovely relaxing space, beautiful products, not rushed at all and then relax room was nice. Then afternoon tea at hall was fab. Best one I've ever had with lovely people looking after us and had lovely chat with local staff learning all about the house and local area. Couldn't have been better. Thank you!

I have been to see Ceri twice and both times I have been absolutely blown away by not only what Ceri has managed to do with my back, neck and shoulders, and the difference she’s made in such a short amount of time, but also her knowledge and passion for what she does. Add to that the lovely, relaxing ambience at the spa and Ceri’s personality and friendliness. I am so so glad that I’ve found her. Thank you so much Ceri - you deserve more than 5*!!

What a lovely relaxing experience. I felt very nurtured and cared for during this treatment with Joanne. Loved the whole experience....heated blanket, body massager whilst the head spa treatment.. a mini facial and hand massage too. Highly recommend. Will be booking again as a special treat to myself. Not for the first time , this is a lovely spa and great relaxing experience. Lunch was lovely followed by 2 hours pool side with steam room sauna and jacuzzi. Excellent massage . Enjoyed the afternoon very much. Will be back ! Thank you.

I arranged this as a treat for my friends birthday and I must say we were not disappointed at the level of care and service we received from Joanne. Joanne informed us of everything that we would receive within our Japanese head spa package, allowing us to choose which fragrance we would like before we relaxed into the treatment. I would recommend a visit to Joanne at Solice as you will walked out feeling so pampered and relaxed.

This was my first experience of a massage (deep tissue back massage) and it was fantastic. The moment I enter I felt completely at ease and relax with Ceri. She talked me through what she doing in a calm way and applied pressure to suit different areas off my back and neck. I was so relaxed by the end of the session that I could of drifted off for a very long sleep. Would definitely return and highly recommend

Beautiful relaxation in the spa, swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Good and firm back, neck and shoulder massage by Megan and finish off with a mini facial a a drink in the relaxation room. Feel very chilled and smell lovely after all the lotions and potions. Thank you Megan and the Team at Bodysgallen, you never disappoint us, it's a very special place for my sister and myself to visit. Keep up the great work.

I had the most amazing back, neck and shoulders massage and I honestly feel like a new person! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely relaxed and welcomed. The atmosphere was calm and soothing, and the whole experience was just what I needed. The treatment itself was incredible. The perfect balance of firm pressure and relaxation. All the tension I’d been holding in my shoulders and neck just melted away, and I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely de-stressed. If you’re thinking about booking, do it – you won’t regret it. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon.

Massage was nice however treatment room was cold and dated. Lacked any calming/relaxing atmosphere. No character whatsoever, was very bare and had a garden chair in room!! Not quite up to luxury spa standards. Light remained on full brightness for majority of massage, which made it difficult to relax and switch-off. No criticism of therapist who was absolutely lovely.

The most wonderful and relaxing pamper session I’ve ever had. I got to choose the scent I wanted for the treatments and I enjoyed the mini facial element. I will definitely be returning

Ceri is a lovely friendly lady putting you at ease straight away. The room is very calming and gives a relaxed atmosphere. The massage was fabulous getting to all the niggling aches that have been an issue for a while. I would thoroughly recommend Ceri to anyone with back issues or even to just treat yourself to some ‘me’ time.

It's always a pleasure visiting the Garden Spa by Ceri, however, today I went for the December package and it was absolutely amazing. Very relaxing from the very beginning to the end. Ceri made sure I was comfortable and relaxed throughout. Will definitely be booking something similar again
