Loved it!!!! Always have an amazing experience. May is so lovely and we have lots of laughs whilst she irons out my aches and pains. This place is HIGHLY recommended, the therapists are so professional but not unapproachable and the environment is just perfect. Thankyou so much for another year of maintaining me and giving me a perfect place to wind down and relax.

I booked with May for 90 minutes after she recommended this what what I needed ,it was a totally different experience,it’s always wonderful but I’ve never felt as relaxed as I did after I left her today. Thanks again May.

I come here all the time and always have such a lovely experience. Ken is so attentive, has such a calming presence, and really knows his stuff. The hot stone massage is amazing, so relaxing. Highly recommend Rouke and the Wellness Centre.

After a recent tumble and hurting all my right side I was tempted to rearrange my appt with May until I felt less sore,but I needn’t have worried as she intuitively,expertly and gently made my whole body feel so much better,her touch is becoming very familiar to me now and I instantly relax as soon as it’s time for hands on.I’ll be back for more.Don’t hesitate to book . Amazing experiance. From walking in the door I was made to feel very welcome. Pam took me through and did an assessment and recommended a taster of the bamboo with my deep tissue massage. The massage was carried out by a therapist and it was excellent. After the massage Pam greeted me with some Thai Tea and a thai snack and we sat and had a chat about what would be recommended for my next treatment. The salon was very clean and I would highly recommended!

5 star service! I had a relaxing massage and Vanessa made it all about comfort the whole way through! She noticed a small issue that could be a health concern and stated she cannot diagnose however, advised me to have this looked at which was something I would have never realised. Very thankful. Vanessa is full of knowledge and advice and made my experience fantastic! Highly recommend this service!! Ps, be ready to relax like you have never before

I had a full body massage which was amazing! I left feeling completely relaxed and de-stressed. Vanessa was great at creating a calm environment and communicating throughout to ensure I was happy with the pressure being applied and to let me know what she would be doing next. The massage had a great sense of flow and it felt like Vanessa really took her time, it was paced well and never felt rushed. I will definitely be going back again and would highly recommend!
