Amazing!! My first head spa experience, thought I would treat myself and OMG it was fabulous!! Abby is lovely, very welcoming and explains everything before she starts. The array of tools she uses on your head are just awesome, the whole experience was totally relaxing. My hair and head feel so clean, my hair is so soft and feels really light. I will absolutely 100% be going back again.

Abby was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and at ease. My partner, Chris, indulged in the head spa experience, while I opted for the dermaplaning facial, and both treatments were nothing short of amazing. Abby’s warm and attentive nature, combined with her skill and expertise, made the entire experience incredibly relaxing for both of us. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and we left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. We’ll definitely be booking again – highly recommend!

I had the most amazing head spa at Luna head spa, from the moment I walked in Abby made me feel right at home, she explained how everything was going to work and I would recommend this treatment to anyone, it’s so relaxing and I even had to force my self to keep awake as I didn’t want to miss out on the end waterfall bit, amazing experience,

Really great location, easy to find in the heart of Chelmsford! Have been treated by Victoria for 10 years and treatment/service is always perfect.

I had a really lovely experience at Luna Head Spa and Skin. The staff were kind, friendly, and made me feel comfortable straight away. Everything felt calm and relaxing, and the treatment was a really nice experience from start to finish. I left feeling refreshed and well looked after, and I’d definitely recommend it.

Victoria is friendly, professional, and takes her time to make sure everything looks perfect. My natural nails are so much more healthier and the gel always lasts really well. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing appointment, beautiful lasting gels, whilst maintaining nail health.
