I booked my first powder brow appointment with Natalia because of all the five-star reviews, and she truly lives up to them. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel relaxed, comfortable, and completely confident in her hands. She explained the entire process clearly, and continued to talk me through each step during the procedure. Natalia’s professionalism and warm personality made the whole experience amazing — and I’m so happy with how my brows turned out. I couldn’t have asked for better results!

I had a PRF treatment carried out yesterday with amazing results. A lovely boutique salon tucked away in a wonderful country setting on the outskirts of Bristol. Kate’s passion and knowledge is second to none when it comes to all things beauty and in particular looking after your skin with a menu of facials to choose from x

I have just visited Kate's new salon for a facial, it is so beautiful and has everything you need to help you relax and enjoy the many treatments Kate can offer. I highly recommend a visit, thank you for my glowing skin Kate � I have found my new go to place for treatments x Had such a beautiful facial with Kate in her lovely salon yesterday. My skin feels and looks amazing, I felt so relaxed I didn’t want to leave!!! Kate is both friendly & professional and gave me so much advice/information. Looking forward to my next treatment. X

Best massage I’ve ever had in Bristol! Or the UK for that matter! A beautiful salon that transports you to Thailand from the decor to the scents and the sounds. A really firm massage, which is hard to find in the UK, and done with such intuition to my needs. Will defo be booking again and recommending to others. I would recommend the salon makes their entrance more obvious, it is easy to miss on the high street when it should be proud and stick out more!

Today was my first time at the wellness retreat and it was fabulous. Kate was so welcoming, professional , friendly and made me feel so relaxed. Time was carefully taken over discussing which treatments would suit my skin best. The treatment its self was incredible ive never had a facial like it and left glowing. The knowledge Kate gave me was fantastic and I cannot wait to explore more treatments in order to promote better skin and personal wellbeing for myself. First visit to this authentic Thai spa and I wasn't disappointed. Excellent massage with an extremely knowledgeable consultant. Very relaxing and well worth every penny.

My time at Ton Poh today was absolutely delightful. Bhoo was incredible. I felt very relaxed once my massage begun, and was treated with time, care and kindness. She took the extra care to work with my back and specific issues, and helped me to stretch at the end. I recommend this if you fancy treating yourself to an hour just for you.

Absolutely fantastic massage at Ton Poh. The atmosphere was really relaxing, the room was warm and comfortable. The massage was deep and the therapist removed all my knots and tension from my back and legs. Despite choosing the option for the Thai stretching, I didn’t expect the stretches I had and the experience really helped me loosen up. The end was very much like a sports massage which has really helped. I’ll be booking again ☺️
