I've been to Ochroma a couple of times and it's a superb experience. The first time I didn't have a go on/do all of the other stuff there, so this time I was keen to try out the neck cloud and massage chair. The sauna itself is great and you can even play music/watch YouTube if you want. The facilities are all lovely, you feel at home instantly and it's really clean and tidy. Beautiful handwritten signs everywhere give it the personal touch. It feels like a very welcoming place made even better by the lovely Jess who greeted me and explained everything. Great self care time!

I went to Skye for a Hydrofacial. The room was warm & inviting. Skye explained everything to me about the treatment & other treatments available. It was relaxing & my skin was glowing afterwards. She has a natural gift for massage & I look forward to going again. The price was very reasonable.

From the moment I booked my appointment, the communication was clear, prompt, and very helpful Highly recommended incredibly professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every step of the process and answer all of my questions in detail. During the treatment, constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. The customer service was amazing and efficient. Very friendly and responsive. High quality customer service. Even after the appointment, the follow-up and aftercare advice were thorough and reassuring.

This is a nice set up for a sauna run from home. Jess is very knowledgeable about the benefits of this treatment and the room is calm and relaxing with some nice little touches.

Had an amazing Hyrdrafacial with Dermaplaning and Microneedling. The communication from Skye before my appointment was brilliant and during my treatment she explained everything. Skye was lovely and so friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. A really relaxing treatment and skin feels great, I have already booked in for my next one.

I had such a lovely time at Ochroma sauna! The staff are so friendly and made me feel very relaxed from start to finish. The room is lovely and I really enjoyed using the massage chair after my session. I felt so good afterwards and will definitely be going back!

5/5 Stars – A True Nail Health Expert. Tessa is a miracle worker. I’ve always struggled with weak nails that peel and break, but she has been so patient in helping me rehabilitate them. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about different strengthening techniques and has guided me on the best products and habits to use at home. My nails have never been this long or this strong. She is a master of her craft!

Had my first appointment with Skye which was a glass skin facial and microneedling and I’m so pleased with the results. My skin looks and feels so hydrated and glowy! Skye made the appointment really relaxing and I’m looking forward to the next one😊

Such a brilliant Sauna! So great to have time for myself to relax. The space is lovely and clean and I had everything I needed- the tea was a lovely touch too. Great to be able to shower before I left as well and had a go on the massage chair! Jess was very attentive and clear when explaining how it all worked. I'd highly recommend this to everyone and anyone. Will be booking again for more regular sessions and will also be gifting a session to my partner as well.

Finding a space that feels both stunning in its professionalism and deeply tranquil is rare, but Tessa has mastered it. The massage was perfectly tailored to my tension points, and the calming environment made it easy to fully disconnect. I’ll definitely be a regular for massage going forward!

Skye was really welcoming, felt relaxed and at ease. Skye was really informative explaining benefits of each part of the facial. The hydrofacial is amazing, my skin hasn't felt this good, clean and glowing in such a long time. The microneedling I found quite therapeutic. I'm already looking forward to going back. Warm welcome, bright homely room, great views. The sauna was spotless - I went for the hottest setting, which was very intense! I would maybe go for a lower setting next time. There was a tea station with instant hot water, and lots of things to play with between sets: the massage gun and massage chair were my go-tos.

Athena was fantastic. She asked if I wanted counting down for waxing which I really found helpful as I’m neurodivergent, she was very thorough and had done an amazing job :)

I was delighted with the unique and comfortable setting that Ochroma offers. I have been to many saunas but have always had to share the space with strangers, which makes me a little uncomfortable. This is a totally private sauna and bathroom, and the beautiful view from the window and calm chill out room made this experience really special. There were lots of extras (massage chair, yoga space, really interesting books, I could go on!!!) that I will definitely use at my next session. The care and attention from Jessica was wonderful.. Truly a delightful afternoon. Very highly recommended.

Tessa is absolute magic! My legs feel incredibly smooth, and she was so quick yet attentive to detail. The salon environment was great, but Tessa’s skill is what will definitely keep me coming back. Thank you, Tessa!
