I have followed Sam from when she first started her training program and still return regularly as she makes you feel comfortable, relaxed and is an amazing therapist through all her services. The property is welcoming, clean and Sam adds her special touches to compliment the room and herself.

Susan knows her stuff!👌 She is an expert in her field, and her business in Bathgate has won awards. If you need your treatment personalised, just ask😊 Whether you want the temperature of the room or the bed changed, if you want her to focus more on your neck, if you don't want dye on if you are having a lash lift. Whatever your request, Susan will do her best to fulfill your requests. I would recommend you give Susan a try for any beauty treatment you want to book, as she is a fantastic beautician!👌😀

If you have never had reflexology done in your feet, I would highly recommend you do now! It not only soothes and relaxed you, but can give strong indications of problems you be experiencing in your body. It's a half hour of pure of rest and relaxation, of slight and gentle massage movements all around your feet, and it doesn't tickle at all😅 I have been having this treatment every month with Susan for a long time, and it's the best thing that she offers. You'll never know what it's like until you try it, and I believe everyone should benefit from reflexology 👌😊

Having any kind of treatment with the Susan is a special treat, it's like stepping into an oasis of calm. Susan's room, her voice, her demeanor, and her skills portrayed, are sooo relaxing and soothing🤗 I nearly always have reflexology and a lash lift every month, and the soothe package on my silver monthly membership, which saves you money off the normal prices. I would totally recommend Susan, if you're thinking of coming to a good beauty therapist. I have tried many over the years, and it's the first time I have ever returned again to one, never mind coming to one for two years in a row!👌

The soothe treatment is hands down the best treatment you could ever choose to book if you are considering booking your first treatment with Susan, you SO need this! It is a series of slow strokes and light pressure around over and along the face, neck head and hair. I like to combine it relaxing hot stones. If you add into the mix a heated adjustable bed with luxury waffle blankets, a darkened room, soft music playing and an expert masseuse with a soothing voice called Susan..then you just have to book this treatment with Susan right now, you may regret it if you don't!😅

If you haven't booked your appointment with this amazing lady, I would do it asap! You are really missing out as she has magic hands👌 Susan will work out any knots in your body in any way you want. I have a monthly membership, of which there are three levels. I always have the soothe treatment, which consists of feathery movements around your face, neck, shoulders and hair, using hands and hot stones until you are up in the clouds floating and totally relaxed💤. I have been having treatments at Susans for 18 months now. I have tried quite a few of the treatments and would recommend them all😊
