Manuka is a warm and welcoming spa, with an accessible washroom! Pam takes the time to go over your intake form and skin concerns with you before beginning your treatment. Throughout my Customized Facial Pam let me know which step she was at and which products she was using. She invited me to ask questions about the treatment throughout the process. I was even able to add on a peel to my service for a specific skin concern I was dealing with. Pam is great at making you feel at ease and was able to offer several product recommendations, with alternates for pricier items. Can't wait to go back!

I booked an appointment for a customized facial at Manuka Spa based on the excellent Google reviews while visiting Winnipeg. Pam did an exceptional job from start to finish, giving an excellent overview of my skin condition and tailored the facial to meet my skin needs. She explained everything thoroughly and patiently answered all my questions. It was my first time trying Eminence products, which all felt wonderful and smelled great. The facial includes cleansing, exfoliation, and a scalp and hand massage, which were very relaxing. My skin already feels and looks better. Thank you Pam!

I had the most relaxing and wonderful visit at Manuka. Pam made me feel welcome and relaxed as soon as I walked through the door. When we consulted prior to treatment, she was so thorough with explaining everything that would happen throughout my treatment and made me feel totally comfortable. My treatment was absolutely amazing and everything I could've asked for. Her products felt amazing on my skin, and she was so thorough throughout my whole visit. I highly recommend!
