Very happy with todays appointment. Kayla took the time to explain how my hair would fall with a certain cut BEFORE cutting. She recommended product and styling tools to help me care for my style at home. She was open to taking the time to do more then what I had booked for. Great job on color and cut!

As a feminine guy, I’ve had past salon experiences where my goals weren’t taken seriously, so their LGBTQ+ friendly listing and free consultation made me feel comfortable reaching out. Kayla was welcoming, listened carefully, and gave thoughtful suggestions for my hair, including layering, color, and face framing. The salt caves are is amazing place to attend. Not only is it beneficial healthwise the staff is super amazing. These caves are a real gem and Welland is super lucky to have such an establishment. A special thanks to Whitney, she is simply the most empathetic person I have ever met. Give yourself a treat and go experience this establishment. I promise you'll not regret your visit.
