Angela was excellent in all respects: lovely soothing manner and beautiful products . I had the best massage and facial and the foot treatment with my arthritic feet, was beyond compare! They feel like new! I found the sound experience to be powerful and unique. Her treatment room was beautiful; tasteful and very creative; gorgeous touches of beauty everywhere. A superb experience.

Rooms are large, bed and bed linen super comfortable, healthy and tasty food offerings for your breakfast and (if it is cold, given it is the Blue Mountains) the lounge with its fire is warm and cozy. Treat yourself to a spa service. Ash and the other staff are friendly, efficient and accommodating!

From the moment I stepped over the threshold, every cell in my body breathed a sigh of relief. An opportunity to relax, surrender and nourish myself was presented without even saying a word or thinking a thought. Craig, Mel and staff have cultivated an energy of "peace" and "nurture" at Brightlands with yummy and healthy meals, cosy spaces, a delightful wellness spa. A true space for practitioners, guests and anyone else seeking learning or reset. Sitting by the fire place, chatting to the other guests, like hanging out with good friends having a laugh. The perfect space to rejuvenate.

The whole space had a beautiful energy. The treatment with Charlotte was exactly what I was seeking ~ she is intuitive, perceptive, empathetic and warm. Her treatment suggestions and responsiveness to my needs was finely tuned.

Wonderful, calm and unrushed massage. Look forward to visiting again.

Comfortable lovely bed. Lovely sitting areas both indoors & outdoors. Nothing is a trouble for management. Wonderful healthy food
