The service is great right from stepping through the door - I am always offered tea :-) Even though Anna doesn't see me often, she remembers me and cuts/dries my hair really well. I don't often go after work but that was a relaxing way to end the day!

This is the best hair / beauty salon in west London. I see Magda & occasionally Anna they are amazing. Anna & Mario the owners are professional friendly people who always remember me and make me feel at home. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

I recently had a keratin hair treatment at Mirror Mirror, and I’m extremely satisfied with the experience. The service was excellent from start to finish. A special thanks toKasia, who did my treatment — she was very professional, skilled, and made sure everything was done perfectly. I’m really happy with the results of my keratin treatment. The customer service was also outstanding — very responsive, polite, and accommodating. Even though I arrived about 5 minutes late, they treated me kindly and didn’t rush the service at all. Great experience. The whole team was extremely friendly which resulted in a lovely atmosphere in the salon. I had highlights, cut and blow dry with Kasia. She made sure she understood what I wanted and also gave me good advice. It was perfect. I would really recommend the salon.
