Omg it was my first time getting waxed and I felt so welcomed. Maria made it a relaxed and comfortable space where I could feel free to say if I wanted her to stop and continue. She always checked if I was okay and gave reassurance. Lovely women in the facility and time flew by quickly. Extremely happy with the service and now I feel wonderful! Thank you so much

Ella has been cutting my hair for fifteen years and she is so amazing that I now travel from the west coast of the states to get my hair cut by her. Can’t do better!! Highly recommend.

My lovely aunt introduced me to Ella when I moved back to Bristol ten years ago. She loved her and the way she works, and I saw why straight away. There’s something trustworthy about Ella that you don’t find in all hairdressers – as a person as well as professionally. She is thoughtful, considerate and excellent at cutting and styling (and colouring) hair.

Total pros,can't fault them I any way, fabulous hair cut,best in Bristol!!
