I had a lovely experience at Helistics, it was my first time there, and a last minute appointment for some Christmas nails. Helena did an amazing job, I absolutely love my nail art, the Helena and the girls in the salon were very personable, and fun to chat with. I must admit I was very skeptical about booking. After having my nails done at nail bars that use abrasive drilling and ruining my nails. l was trying to find a nail salon that didnt use drills. l must say from the moment l walked in, to the time I left. I felt reassured l was going to get a really good service. And boy l was not dissapointed. it was a really relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Hannah was lovely and very professional throughout. She explained the process and there was NOT a drill insight. I showed Hannah a pic of the nails l wanted. She worked her magic and they were perfect.

I’m very happy with my first BIAB experience. Esme was very knowledgeable, thorough, and meticulous. My nails are very beautifully and neatly painted, just the way I like them. I highly recommend this salon especially Esme. Thanks so much and I will definitely be visiting regularly from now on.

Sarah is amazing! Not only is it so lovely going into the salon to see her, but her treatments are perfection too. She really takes so much care to do everything and doesn’t rush just to make sure she does it well.

Another great treatment with Sam, im never disappointed when i leave. When you walk into the salon your always greeted with a warm welcome. Sam is so kind calm and will always give you the most professional service x
