Always the best experience with Phoenix! My eyes are very sensitive and not the easiest to work with but she’s got the patience of a saint! Best chats, lovely salon, so friendly, wouldn’t go to anyone else!

10/10 - Phoenix is so lovely and takes so much pride in what she does. She really goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and that you leave happy. Being pregnant, I felt like I’d been lacking in confidence recently so I booked in for the first time at Burst of Beauty for a full set of lashes - Phoenix took time to understand exactly what style/shape/length I wanted and she did exactly that, I feel so much more myself again and these are the best my lashes have ever looked! Couldn’t fault my experience, I rebooked for infills and I can’t wait to go back, thank you Phoenix!🫶🏼

Anna is very professional and also friendly and easy to get on with. The therapy room and salon are very clean and well decorated and there is a calm atmosphere.
