Very pleased. She was lovely and knowledgeable. She provided me with options but wasn’t pushy. Very kind but professional and made me feel comfortable which is really good to be honest as I don’t normally use salons or have treatments so I am a little out of my comfort zone. I have been coming to Maskara for around 5 months now and I have to say my lashes/brows look the best they’ve ever been! Kim is so friendly, her salon is gorgeous and welcoming! I love my lashes/brows everytime they are done! 🙂 Kim doesn’t rush and her attention to detail is amazing! I won’t be going anywhere else!

It was my first treatment with Nikita she is lovely , very friendly and makes u feel at ease . Very professional and giving an honest oppinion and good advice on best treatments for your needs . Also explaining each procedure step by step .

Jade was amazing! Went in for first time today (not had lashes done properly before so little nervous) they look amazing, I absolutely love them. Also bring contact lenses rarer I thought they might irritate but can’t even feel them!! Highly recommend xx

I was extremely nervous attending my appointment as I have a needle phobia but Nikita totally put me at ease , she applied numbing cream to the areas she was injecting & I didn’t feel a thing , she explained everything what she was doing & guided me through the treatment, she was very patient with me & I felt calm & relaxed throughout.

Really good & lovely environment. The reason for 4 stars is because after my treatment, I saw two different offers on social media for 10/15% off for new clients which wasn’t applied when I paid. I was out within 40 minutes for 2 treatments when it was advertised at 80 minutes for both, I felt with the time cut so short and the full price I paid, I missed out on a full experience for the treatments. After I spoke with Jade, she increased the prices and lowered the times on Fresha but my invoice I received still shows the discount wasn’t applied.

I had a consultation with Nikita , i felt comfortable throughout , she advised me on the best treatments to have on the areas of my face that I’m unhappy with, she did not pressure me into having any treatments , I’m looking forward to my first treatment in April .
