I have been visiting for a session weekly since the opening and I am really finding huge benefits. The reason I originally tried was I am struggling with peri menopause with a lot of the usual symptoms mainly anxiety and not sleeping. After my session it’s the best sleep I get all week and the next day in work I find I am so much more productive. I have tried many things all the usual supplements, teas etc but I find this really works for me look forward to my session every week.

Had the best 30 minutes here, Siobhan was so lovely and welcoming. The most chilled and calm I have felt in a long time. Could feel my body relaxing instantly and some aches and pains leaving. Will definitely be back for more sessions

Great experience once again. This time I went after a gym session for my legs Infrared seemed to heat my legs first different from last time when it was my tummy. Looking forward to a lovely relaxing sleep tonight as I slept well after my session last time.

First time trying the infrared sauna yesterday & felt totally relaxed and helped subside bloating and pain within my body. Something that doesn’t take much time out of a busy schedule but has such a good/big impact on your body. Siobhan was also so lovely and has such a great knowledge on the benefits of it. Greta is always amazing. You are always greeted with a warm welcome into her lovely salon. She is great to chat too whilst you get your lashes done but equally as comfortable in silence as you relax. Her lashes are always stunning and feel great on. They last really well as well, highly recommended Greta for beautiful lashes 💕
