Amazing! Emma was so friendly & professional, she explained each step as she went along with regular check ins to make sure I was okay and made me feel so comfortable. Tia came recommended to me for brows a couple of years ago, I have been going regularly ever since for a hybrid tint and shape. Honestly always leave so satisfied, Tia always does such a great job and I am so pleased to have found her.

What a fabulous new addition this is to Ripon. I found out about Platinum Beauty via recommendations on social media. I have visited today for a spray tan (never had one before and it was all fully explained by Helen, putting me at ease). After my appointment, I got chatting with Luke the owner and have booked in for further treatments. Would highly recommend, very welcoming and efficient. A new satisfied customer.

Absolutely fantastic, I was very anxious with ut being the first time I got my lashes done! I was very comfortable, such a calm experience, this is me now, forever converted lash girly!

I couldn't be a bigger advocate for Azuri; the salon is beautifully set up with comfy and cosy spa vibes and each beautician is super lovely! Easy booking via the app and reasonable treatment prices. I travel across from Harrogate for appointments and just haven't found the same experience in my local area anywhere else. You're made to feel welcome, put at ease for whatever treatment you're having and honestly, it's like seeing a friend each time. The ladies are so kind and caring, not to mention absolutely amazing at what they do!

Last-minute panic turned into lash magic ✨ So friendly, down to earth, and we laughed the whole time. Quick, professional, and my lashes look SO good. 10/10 would recommend and will 100% be back 💖👁️

I had an eyebrow wax. And eyebrow and lash tint. Very nice experience . Eyebrow wax looks great and the tint on eyelashes gives them a little bit of depth without makeup and enhances any mascara. The eyebrow tint was a bit much for me. The eyebrows were a little too thick. But next time I’ll ask for them to be a little less thick and it’ll be fine. I go regularly to Azuri and now wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s great and affordable.

Was unsure on having micro needling due to if it would hurt, however Emma was great and my skin feels lovely if a little tingly. Didn’t hurt too much either. Would definitely recommend.
