Jade is amazing! I see jade for my lashes and waxing and facials. She is incredibly knowledgeable , very professional and cares about her clients and the service she is providing and all aervices are delivered to a high standard. The salon environment is very relaxing and inviting and also cleaned to a high standard. I would 100% recommend Jade at essence for all beauty services! Thanks as always jade! See you soon!

Very efficient and Eloise did a lovely pedicure. Good choice of colours for standard (ie not gel) pedicure which isn't always the case elsewhere. Being a first timer to the salon it would have been nice to have been greeted at the main door, took me a while to realise it was open. An offer of a drink would have been appreciated too. I don't particularly like having a pedicure on a bed as I find it uncomfortable. The foot spa to wash the mask off my feet seemed unnecessary, I found it uncomfortable to get my feet into the spa and the water was cold.

I came to Emma for a facial before Christmas and this time returned for a pedicure with a hell peel! OMG my feet are as smooth as a baby’s backside!!! Emma is so skilled and thoughtful. I also love her salon.I would highly recommend!!

Emma is a true professional. Not a 100% happy she contacted me to see how I felt having only been a couple of time I thought it amazing that she was like that. I have now returned again and continue to be happy with the treatments. I will recommend The beauty cabin and Emma to everyone!!

Been going to Essence for years now - Karen gives THE BEST massages - the Indian Head massage is to die-for ! Lovely salon - always clean and welcoming. They also now do advanced aesthetics too :-)

Amber has a talent in every beauty procedure possible - she has a desire and eye for perfection. She is also super friendly. I don’t ever use anyone else weather its lashes to filler!
