My first visit to Beauty by Emma. I was greeted by a friendly bubbly Emma who made me feel comfortable immediately. A lovely clean, calm and relaxing environment. Very professional service already booked for my next treatment.

Natasha was amazing, I booked very last minute, I arrived with very fine broken hair amd natasha was able to transform it, it looks less broken and thicker. We didn't use inspo pics and I walked out of the salon beaming. Natasha also persuaded (not as a sales pitch) me to treat myself to hair care, talking through different products that will boost the appearance of my hair

Nobody skilled as Neha, just a babe! So pleasant did such a wonderful job of my hair. I’m so happy with my new look, she made my whole experience positive and I felt so comfortable. I couldn’t recommend Neha enough. As a manager of the salon I truly believe she does not get enough credit for her efforts and how much of an amazing hair dresser and stylist she is! Carley was professional, diligent, friendly and helpful. She provides a very good waxing service, hence why I have been using Charisma for many years now and its my go to salon.
