This was my first visit to Beauty by Jen, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience! From the moment I arrived, Jen made me feel so welcome and at ease. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and took her time to make sure everything was just right from adding the right temp into the foot spa to lowering the bed. You can really tell she cares about her work and her clients. The atmosphere was lovely, relaxed, and professional — perfect for some well-deserved pampering. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and already looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend!

Chantelle was lovely, the beauty room is so cosy and pretty inside, perfect for a pamper. My HD brows are absolutely amazing, the best ones I have ever had. The shape, tint and thickness I kept was fab. I usually have alot of redness after brows but had minimal- Chantelle definitely knows what she is doing and is very professional and explained aftercare- something I have never had with HD brows before. The pregnancy massages from Bex are also amazing. Best one.Recommended to my pregnant friends and they all said the same too. I am so pleased I have found Chantelle, Bex and The Willows.

I love getting my nails done here, they are always gorgeous and Ri is very experienced and has helped me find what I really like. I also get my lash lift here and it’s by far the best shaped lash lift I’ve ever had! 10/10

Courteney as always very professional and puts you at ease straight away. All over body with extra attention to tummy area, i felt great afterwards.

Lovely treatment from Jennifer. Beautiful salon. Very relaxing fand Jennifer is professional, welcoming and friendly. I love my eyebrows and eye lashes Jennifer did them perfectly. Lashes always look fabulous and long lasting, application is always carried out to professional standard, using good quality products. Yasmin is extremely experienced at what she does and is so warm and friendly to her customers. I highly recommend Yasmin as brow and lash specialist.
