Erica always does an amazing job, she’s so kind easy to talk to and as a long term customer of xcel beauty I wouldn’t go anywhere else! It’s like going for a girly catch up while being pampered at the same time. The salon is perfect if you don’t have a lot of confidence like myself as it’s friendly and not overwhelming. I feel a spring in my step everytime I visit!

Freya is so professional and knowledgeable about all her treatments, she makes you feel at ease and explains every step. Her salon is beautiful and free parking too! Love my fat dissolving results 🤩

First time ive used Eden beauty By Robyn as im not from the area. I'd looked around the high street for a eyebrow/ beauty salon then came across a lovely place on the corner of a little street. My experience with Robyn was great from from the start. She was warm and very welcoming. She threaded my eye brows and has done a lovely job im really pleased with them. Amazing as always, Holly fitted me in at the very last minute for my lovely green biab nails as well as an eyebrow tint and tidy. The salon was lovely and cool today especially as Holly had her new super duper fan on her desk. 10/10 excellent service.

I have visited many beauty salons and experienced many treatments and I can honestly say Emily is the BEST I have experienced. Luxury salon right in the centre of lowestoft, with free private car park which is brilliant for a quick look round the shops too!

Absolutely heavenly experience with Emily at the Academy & Beauty rooms, my microdermabrasion facial has left my skin feeling lovely and I can highly recommend 😊 will be back soon!

I had a wonderful massage and luxury manicure with Sapphire at her lovely new private premises. It was a great chance to relax and enjoy some quality switch off time in the extremely capable hands of Sapphire. She is so good at massage and I asked for deep tissue which was fantastic to work on knots in my shoulders and neck. The new treatment room is perfect to unwind in. I also had a manicure and love the result from the magnetic gels complete with some swarovski crystals ready for Christmas! Thank you so much Sapphire! I can highly recommend her for all your beauty needs.

As well as receiving outstanding quality treatments you are always treated to engaging conversation and tips at a very competitive price. Spring has sprung with Holly’s colour selection at the salon! The pinks are officially pinking 😍 Love love love the footlogix pedi, you fix my feet up every time! Massage did the job and helped with some tight nots, and very relaxing. 5 ⭐️ as always.
