I have had beauty treatments with jess for nearly a year. Jess is very reliable, professional,polite and always uses nice products. Jess keeps her little salon clean fresh and modern. I am considerably older than jess however we always have a good chat about everything in the world. Jess always informs me of new colours in her biab collection for me to try. My treatments around every 3 weeks consist of Biab nails, lashes and eyebrow tint and shape. I am always happy when I leave with the results. Joanne Age 54

Every visit to the salon is a joy! I tried a new to me treatment today with Isabelle and I am over the moon with the results. The whole experience is superb from start to finish and Isabelle is a true asset to the salon. Her personality, professionalism, demeanor, and skills, are simply outstanding. Quite honestly the best salon experience I have ever had. Isabelle was beyond excellent. Her manner, personality, and skills are truly outstanding. I've been coming for over 2 years now every month. The girls are absolute angels, you couldn't get better staff anywhere else. They are not just staff but they are your friends. There is never a dull moment, full of jokes and they always make your day better no matter how your days been. Coming here to get my nails done is the best decision I ever made! everyone is so talented and I always leave the salon loving my nails every single time 😍🥰

Came for my hair cut by Justyna today. I’ve not had a haircut in a salon in 3 years+. Justyna was incredible and has given my hair a new lease of life. A huge change but a brilliant one. Although I was nervous at first, she listened to what I liked, combined her own ideas and worked around it for the best result for us both. Thank you again Justyna, I absolutely love it 🖤

Fantastic and positive experience from start to finish. Rita is lovely ,she is extremely professional which is so important when as a customer I am not sure on what would be best treatment for me ,she explained everything to me , helped me to decide which treatment was best suited to me .
