Had an amazing experience with Natalie at The Secret Salon Kirsty Nicole in Kirby Muxloe. I had my hair done previously and it wasn’t the greatest experience so I managed to get in with Natalie who completely transformed my hair. I walked in feeling down after work and walked away smiling with beautiful hair. Would recommend her services 100%. Thank you!

Had my nails done today with Alex after a long break and very pleased with them. Always a pleasure seeing Alex who is warm, professional and goes above and beyond to accommodate your requirements. Alex is amazing she goes above and beyond to provide a top class professional service that puts you at ease. Alex cares about the health of your nails as well as ensures you feel comfortable and relaxed. Natalie was incredible. I couldn't fault her at all she was so creative and excited for me to change colours. I felt so relaxed to be honest with her and I would highly recommend. I am on absolutely love with my hair. My only negative.... I went to the salon in kirby which was nice but unacceptably cold ...which I think needs adressing

I love my visits to kirsty Nicole salons. I have been all of their salons and they are equally as delightful as each other. All the hairdressers/technicians are professional and non judgemental. Everyone is treated with kindness. My experience is always very relaxing and holistic. Natalie stands out with her amazing head massages and blowdrying.

At the consultation, Georgia was really easy to talk to and understanding that this was the first hair colour for my daughter. The appt itself was fab, calm salon and Georgia's 'after' photos are definitely a true representation of the finished style. My daughter was very happy with the result, we shall be back.

I visited the lovely salon on recommendation and I wasn’t disappointed. Georgia listened to what I wanted and provided professional expert advice. She gave me just the look I was after and was nice and friendly, making sure I was looked after throughout the process. The colour was spot on and my extensions were just what I wanted. Definitely recommend Georgia and I will certainly be going back.
