Perfect experience, and totally pain free. Lauren has the most gentle approach, which is needed when working around the eyes. I found the treatment relaxing. The salon itself was immaculate and clean. Lauren is a sweetheart and clearly a lovely person. AND my lashes look so pretty, I'm really pleased! 100% have to recommend Beauty by Lauren xx
