Bethan is a total pro and takes pride in her work. She’s been careful in mixing the right colour for my blond, natural look. fastidious in applying and finished wax. It’s the first time in years I am leaving a salon being totally happy with my brows. Thank you so much Bethan!

To be honest I was a bit worried because my English is not my first language ,but Sophie was using the easiest words so I can understand. This girl deserves millions of stars ,not only 5 . She is so so professional and knows exactly what it’s suits you or what exactly you need only by looking at you .

Bethan is just so lovely and truly has a passion for her work.. she won't give in until its perfect! Full of beauty knowledge and always sharing tips to keep your skin, brows and lashes in a great condition! This time sadly my lashes weren't in the best condition or length for a treatment.. and instead of just doing it and charging me, Bethan was honest and told me she wouldn't get the best result and gave advice to boost them ready for my next appointment, I would recommend to anyone unsure about trying a new treatment.
