So today I had my very first appointment with Abbi, and I have to say it was one of the best I’ve had. Not only is Abbi, welcoming, super friendly but also amazing at what she does. I left the salon feeling like I was on cloud nine, and that was only having a lash lift/tint and a brow wax/tint. I’ve had them done at another salon before but this is definitely the best they’ve ever been done and they look fab. Would I recommend Level Up based on my experience..110% yes! 5 stars isn’t enough…see you in 4weeks😁 xx

Went for lashes for a special occasion and have now been back five times. Great service now in a lovely salon.

Abbi always does a brilliant job of my brows and lashes , always a great vibe in the salon and very clean space. Abbi takes her time with every treatment and is happy to chat before it to decide what treatment is best for you. Couldn’t recommend anyone better💕

Fantastic experience. Very professional and knowledgeable, this treatment was so much more than a facial. For someone like me who does not normally enjoy a massage I was completely at ease with Kelly who certainly knows her stuff! Floated from the salon, relaxed and de-stressed and to top it off - skin feels amazing. Will absolutely be booking again! Can not recommend enough!

I have been getting facials / brows and teeth whitening by kelly over the last couple years and she has always been amazing and gives you so much help with any aftercare that’s needed!
