Clair was professional and lovley, my nephew was getting his first experience in a beauty salon with a facial blackhead Extraction, Claire made him feel very comfortable and explained exactly what she was doing and why, also gave him advice on aftercareand a few samples for him to try. I would definitely recommed and will be looking a few treatments for myself to try.

Got my brows waxed and then got them and my lashes tinted by Claire this morning. My Eyebrows look fab, best tint I've ever had actually and my lashes look great, as if I've got mascara on! The process was painless and quick and Claire took great care doing a perfect job. The salon is spotlessly clean and the staff are very nice and friendly too. The salon was recommended to me by daughter inlaw and this is my 4th appointment. I also come here to get my hair and nails done too. Lovely welcoming place with such lovely staff.

I’ve been to this nail bar many times, and it’s always a fantastic experience. Ailee is such a talented nail technician — professional, warm, and genuinely caring. The salon is always spotless, beautifully organised, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Ailee really listens to what you want and always delivers perfect results. I am a regular of Emma’s and have consistently received a great service from her. She is punctual with appointment times, her prices are reasonable & we always have a great chat and a wee laugh. She is also very empathetic with my teenage daughter who suffers from anxiety and puts her at ease every time. On any occasion that I have had to change an appointment she always does her best to accommodate me. The Beauty Room definitely deserves no less than 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
