Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

Dionnes salon is so professional and welcoming. She took plenty of time to listen before offering advice and had a really positive approach to achieving a fabulous result and all for a very good price. I couldn’t be more pleased and would recommend to anyone.

Brilliant Molly is lovely salon is clean and Molly knows her stuff.

Occasion hair and makeup. Shaheen did my hair and makeup for my nieces wedding event and it was as described in her bio flawless. She took care in listening to how I wanted my makeup doing, (soft glow). Used high quality beauty products which stayed on for the whole evening. This helped as I have very sensitive skin and watery eyes, but this makeup felt natural like I wasn’t wearing anything. My hair stayed in place all night, Shaheen used good quality hair products and again listened ti how I wanted it. I will definitely book her again, this lady knows her stuff and made me feel special

This was my second HIFU on my lower face. As with my first appointment I am very pleased with the service, professionalism & outcome. It's a lovely salon with lovely people delivering great treatments.

It’s the first time Iv use Dionne’s hair and beauty! The whole booking an appointment was easy and efficient! I took my daughter to get her hair cut off and there was a lot to cut off! My daughter came back so happy with her new hair and her old hair was long enough to now donate! Dionne was lovely and listen to everything my daughter wanted! She now can’t stop flicking her new hair which looks amazing! Thank you so much and we will definitely being using Dionne’s hair and beauty again!

I am visiting haven salon from last 1 and half year for threading, and she is the best. Great service, painless threading , Super professional and affordable price.

Lovely owner & therapist. Very clean salon. I had Hifu. I was sceptical but thought would try it. I felt very little during the treatment despite it being on maximum power (though I have been told I’ve got a high pain threshold). Apparently it can be a bit uncomfortable. I found it quite rélaxing. Results are meant to take a few weeks but a week in &my skin definitely appears firmer & refreshed. I’m 52. Treatment is expensive but if the improvement continues I’ll definitely have it again. Much better to make your skin produce collagen than inject poisons in. Highly recommmend salon & Hifu

I visited this salon today. The lady was very friendly and do excellent job. I have done eyebrows and upper lips from there, she really do amazing job. Must recommend. You should must visit.
