After not having the most positive first wax experience at a different salon, I decided to visit The Beauty Vault to see if it was any better and it far exceeded my expectation. Such a pleasant and relaxing environment and the lady was very professional, quick and careful when doing my Hollywood wax. I am looking forward to my next appointment and would definitely recommend anyone to visit The Beauty Vault as you will not be disappointed. Also, a very friendly receptionist upon arrival! :)

My first time with the beauty vault to get a wax which is always daunting for a lot of people. Yvonne made me feel as ease, constantly chatted it through with me, super friendly and offered me a glass of water. She made it not as painful as I imagined. So I would 100% revisit again and would recommend Yvonne to anyone.

I highly recommend The Beauty Vault. Yvonne is brilliant and professional. The service is excellent and very well done. I come here for waxing but I’ve also had my eyelashes and eyebrows done in the past. I would not consider any place else. 10/10.

I can highly recommend a visit to I-Siam from the warm welcome on arrival to the tea served before leaving the experience is fabulous. Mona was a magician in removing the knots and tension. A calm soothing experience for a very stressed body. I cannot sing her praises loudly enough - the entire experience from arrival to departure with a fabulous massage experience in between was worth every penny. Will definitely be back!
