I had a 'Live Well Massage' with Emma recently. I have to say it was the best and most detailed massage of my life. She uses techniques I have never come across and no one had ever done them on me. I weight and resistance train so my body is always in need of the appropriate deep tissue massage which is done properly. I have to say that myself and my body are thankful to Emma right now. Highly recommend.

Olivia was amazing thank you so much for helping to make my sisters birthday such a lovely and relaxing day! She was flexible, kindly helping us last minute I appreciate it loads The massage was amazing, very detailed and relaxing. Olivia was so kind and gentle, adaptable to her needs and pressure points and responsive to her energy. She looked so tranquil and at peace on pick up and tried not to fall asleep in the car haha. Overall a great experience and lovely person! We highly recommended her, my sister will visit again and I can't wait to try too, thank you loads Olivia we'll see you soon!

If you don't know about this little gem of a beauty spa, get to know about it. @_ezentialbeauty_ is set in the village of Caldecote, tucked away in a beautiful family home. The setting is stunning, beautiful spa features, and designated treatment rooms make it feel comfortable and warming. Staff are lovely, welcoming, and professional. I experienced the beauty of the Japanese Head Spa with Christine, which is simply wonderful. Inclusive of a beautiful facial, scalp, and neck massage. I would highly recommend this treatment to anyone who wants some pure relaxation time.
