I had my nails done with semi-permanent polish prior to my holidays, and removal 3 wks later. From booking the appointment to the text afterwards to check I was happy with the treatment every aspect was professional and customer focused. Clair is a bubbly friendly person who clearly cares about her service. Her modern scandi style salon (barn conversion) in Gt Harwood , is clean and stylish with a calm and relaxing energy. The reason I chose Clair was because of her claims about keeping natural nails healthy after having this kind of polish, it did just that. I’ll be returning & recommend.

The moment you enter Jo's salon, all the worries goes away and you feel relaxed no matter what procedure you are having. The atmosfere is calm, warm and relaxed. Until now I had great experience with every procedure I had and cannot wait for my next appointment to try new high frequency and galvanic facial.

What a lovely environment in which to spend a few hours being pampered. The Salon has been sympathetically renovated to a very high standard. Lillie was first class in her approach and talked me through all my options. She made my feel very comfortable and I am extremely happy with my nails. They look fabulous. Best massage I've had! Completley relaxing and just what I needed! I have anxiety and was nervous about having a massage in a new place especially being a plus sized woman, but Mandy completley put me at ease and did a wonderful job. I have waited 8-years to get my eyebrows done because of previous experiences in a salon and Mandy listened and gave me great advice and even waxed my eyebrows for me at the end which is major confidence boost for me! I will 100% be back and 100% recommend.

I’ve been visiting the salon in Accrington for several years and have always been impressed by the welcoming and very professional staff. I dipped my toe into some aesthetics treatments with Angela herself recently and can’t recommend her highly enough.

Went for my brows and LVL lashes with Ruby. Really pleased with the results and salon experience. Ruby was lovely and friendly, whilst also being professional. Thank you
