From the moment I walked into this stunning salon I knew I would have the best experience with the best results. From the smiley and lovely receptionist checking me in and taking my coat to then seeing Pheobe for a facial. At my facial appt (which was an amazing experience) I’ve booked for profile balancing. Something I wanted to have done for a while but needed to find the perfectionist that will listen and then work her magic. Pheobe made me feel very comfortable and I just knew I am in good hands. We tweaked all the areas that were my concern. I’m over the moon with the results! Thank you!

Leah's BIAB nail treatment was an absolute delight! What sets them apart is how they transform a beauty service into such a comfortable, friendly experience. Her attention to detail shines through not just in the nail application, but in how she guides you through each step of the process. I really appreciated how she patiently answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout the treatment. The experience was so relaxed and welcoming that it felt like catching up with a long time friend rather than a beauty appointment. Definitely 5 🌟 service that exceeded my expectations.

My first time visiting The Coven and I’ll definitely be coming back as my go to nail salon. Staff are so lovely and welcoming always offering a drink on arrival and making you feel so comfortable. My nail tech Inna has given me the most beautiful nails. You can tell she values precision and attention to detail. She was always checking if I was happy along the process. Thank you so much Inna. Had my anti-wrinkle appointment with Phoebe today and she was absolutely fabulous! So kind, easy to talk to, and incredibly knowledgeable, she made me feel completely at ease. There was some building work going on in the salon during my appointment ( which didn’t bother me in the slightest) but I got the impression that my comfort/salon experience mattered to the staff. Emma is a real credit to your team. I have always found her to be very professional, welcoming and does a great job on my hair to boot! I feel that she intuitively knows what will work with my curly hair and will make suggestions, i.e colour/toner. She does a great job curling it with the handle of a hairbrush! 😍 The overall customer service is consistently fantastic at the salon 🙌 Thankyou.
