Wonderful experience with Julia! I had previously been in for a consult with her and she outlined different options for my hair. Today we did the ombre/balyage and it turned out fabulous! Cool to see staff helping each other out with clients giving the salon a friendly, welcoming vibe! I was also able to meet Julia's pup Mia which was an added bonus!

As always it was a delight to visit the salon and have my hair done by Travis. He always listens to what I want (even when I don’t really know what that is) and works with me to make it work in the best way possible for my hair type. Travis gives great input into what styles and colour he thinks will work and look best for me and is super knowledgeable. I always leave feeling confident and happy.

Travis is a miracle worker and took my grown out root and toned down blonde to the colour of a Golden Retriever puppy in the blink of an eye. Not to mention I got the celebrity treatment and had the team working in tandem to give me a full head blowout at the speed of light. Thatch’s new space is also absolutely breath taking and I can’t wait to bask in its ambiance at my next appointment.

This was my first visit. I am very impressed. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful. The salon is clean and well organised and nestled in the beautiful village of St Jacob's. My stylist, Travis, was EXCELLENT! Knows how to cut curly hair ! I am thrilled to find this little jewel so close to my community.

Julia did an excellent job on my colour! The staff were all so pleasant and kind! A wonderful salon to get the hair service you have always wanted!

We drove an hour and a half for our head spa appointment and it was magnificent!!! Worth the drive! Salon was welcoming, staff was friendly and I will definitely be back!

I absolutely love my balayage done by the talented and adorable Mackenzie. My natural hair had almost fully grown out and so this was a much need bright refresh for me that gave me pick me up I NEEEDED. Great salon energy. The owner and all staff were very friendly and inviting Also the Instagram content is SO good. I’ll be back sooner than later ;) Oh. Best part .. There was a dog there and I couldn’t have been more happy. Only complaint is that he didn’t jump up on my lap during my hair wash ;) jk
